Aoife spent many years in delivery focused roles working on complex programs. For about half her career she has been setting up and operating green and brownfield PMOs and EPMOs. She is an energetic, passionate, driven leader of strategic changes within the organising and leverages portfolio, program and project management to execute on strategic objectives. In the past few years she has been working more in the product space looking at how to leverage a product approach to portfolio management and also to ensure the data provides relevant actionable insights and tells a story. She is passionate about value based delivery by ensuring strategic alignment, simplification and transparency.
Aoife has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles including Head of PMO, Director of EPMO and Director of Enterprise Portfolio products and Business Insights. She has experience from starts ups to global companies across a variety of industries including telecoms, government, health-tech & pharmaceuticals
Amit Arkad
Director, R&D Project Management, GSK
Amit is a senior certified PM with experience across all stages of vaccine product development (Research, Development and Life-cycle management). He also has breadth of knowledge gained through leading business improvement projects, managing strategic partnerships and JVs, Business development assets, and Merger & Acquisition (M&A). Currently he is leading a team of senior project managers at GSK R&D for the delivery of mRNA technology-based projects.
Amit holds a Masters in Pharmacy from University of Mumbai and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
